Honest material selection

Our palette is restricted to three elemental components: hand-troweled lime-wash plaster, unrefined oak joinery, and matte honed stone. Each surface is chosen for tactile authenticity and graceful aging under natural morning light.

We avoid synthetic coatings and high-gloss polishes. Raw timber and breathable plaster regulate humidity while grounding the occupants in quiet physical permanence.

Concealed sound absorption layers are integrated directly behind breathable plaster walls and timber ceiling baffles.

Final spatial testing adjusts room reverberation time to comfortable conversational thresholds suitable for quiet living and focused work.
